Welcome… Let me tell you a little more about my experience and how I can help.
A modern senior leader, enthusiastic, energetic and engaging with extensive experience managing services and leading teams in the NHS at an operational and strategic level, specialising in Urgent and Emergency Care, Acute Medicine and Medicine. We are driven by the passion to deliver high quality and safe care and brings a significant amount of skill and knowledge to successfully deliver sustainable, quality improvements.
Janine has professional experience at a senior level, working alongside clinical and senior colleagues developing strategic plans and transforming national and organisational objectives into realistic plans with tangible, measurable outcomes focused on improving care for patients, along with improving staff experience. With excellent communication skills to accurately report progress against transformation plans at board and system level, outlining the impact of improvements and risks associated with delivery.
More recently Janine has been involved in management consultancy, sharing experience, good practice and expertise when working to implement quality improvements across the UEC pathway. Redesigning systems and processes in emergency departments, urgent treatment centres, same day emergency care services and acute medicine, specifically around front door redesign, ambulance handovers to maximise efficiency and productivity and improving patient flow.
Janine is very professional and personable in her approach with a priority to engage with staff at all levels from the shopfloor to board level, strengthening new relationships, building rapport and coaching and cultivating teams to deliver on quality improvements. Janine is passionate about patient care, is driven by results and motivated by action and goes the extra mile to ensure objectives are met with success.
